Kickett’s well in touch as Honkers bring it home

CHRIS Kickett was the best on ground as Honkers crushed reigning premiers Black Mambas in Darwin touch football men’s division one final at Fannie Bay on Friday night.

Honkers won 13- 5 with Shaun Ley, Shane Madrill and Jacob Leonard playing their part in the victory.

For Black Mambas, Mick Patman and Daniel McInerny shone despite the heavy loss.

In the women’s division one final, newcomers Inferno won the title at their first attempt, defeating Hoops 4 Health 8-5.

Best on ground was Inferno’s captain Bo de la Cruz.

Others who stood out were Jordan Ahsam, Jaylene Bonso and Rachel Willis for Inferno. Best for Hoops 4 Health were Tamara Duggan, Sophie Armistead and Madison Glass-Jones.
