TRAIN FIRE KILLS 23

A FIRE on a train has killed at least 23 people in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, TV networks have reported. The train was travelling from the southern city of Bangalore to Nanded when the fire broke out around 3am local time, the NDTV and CNN-IBN networks said.
