Kath Day-Knight is one of Australia’s most well-known comedy characters and it turns out that Jane Turner found inspiration close to home when the foxy Fountain Lakes housewife was created – in the form of her mother, Rosie. But it’s her dad’s side of the family that is in the frame here as little is known about her deceased father’s branch of the family tree.
