Gluten-free no longer means missing out. The strangely named The Power of Flour cookbook sounds like the antithesis but author Rowie Dillon, who suffers food intolerance herself, writes all about “wicked” foods with alternative flours; coconut flour, buckwheat, teff, tapioca, sorghum, polenta and arrowroot among them. There’s pastry, biscuits, crumbles and even lamingtons on the menu.
