AUSTIN LANE WINS VOTE
A PAINTING of an indigenous man has been voted Darwin’s best street art of 2017 and 2018.
More than 800 people voted for their favourite piece of artwork out of the 23 on display around the CBD. The winner was done by artist CTO and can be found opposite a portrait of Gurrumul in Austin Lane. Four of the walls in Austin Lane will stay illuminated for this weekend, encouraging all Darwin residents to come and enjoy the Street Art at night.
