WHAT’S THE DEAL?
WHY does every restaurant seem to have at least one wobbly table?
How many times must customers lean down and fold a napkin, then refold it, and fold it again, before the restaurants figure out this isn’t actually our job?
Surely a wobbly table is noticeable when you’re setting it or cleaning it.
Surely a simple solution would be to fix any wobbly table each day or night? Perhaps, instead of relying on customers to waste yet another paper napkin, restaurants could simply buy adjustable feet for their tables that sit level.
