Predatory driving charge
A MAN has been charged with predatory driving and other offences after he allegedly intimidated two cyclists and struck one of them with his 4WD.
About 6.50am on Friday, two men, aged 61 and 57, were cycling in Glenthorne, New South Wales, when a 4WD began allegedly driving aggressively behind them. The ve- hicle then drove into the back of one of the bicycles, causing the 61-year-old rider to fall off and cut his knee.
The driver of the 4WD, a 51year-old man, later presented himself at Taree Police Station. He was arrested and charged with seven offences. He was granted conditional bail to appear in court next month.
