WHY is there no electronics store in the CBD?

There are hundreds of workers, you would think, who would often require some electronic help with their gadgets or new technology but they have to travel to Palmerston or Casuarina for assistance.

It will be hard to attract large volumes of people to the CBD if we do not have the stores to assure them they will find the variety of things they need in the CBD area.

Something must be done — cheaper rent, subsidies etc or we should just give the CBD title of Darwin to some other area.
