Man busted for DUI, speeding

A 32-YEAR-OLD P-plater has been arrested after police spotted him speeding, drink-driving and not displaying his Ps in Alice Springs last weekend.

Officers recorded the man driving at 75km/h in a 60km/h zone on Cromwell Dr and pulled him over for a breath test in which he recorded a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.137.

He was issued with a notice to appear in court charged with speeding, drink-driving and being a provisional driver with alcohol in his blood.
