Rush on for home work

TERRITORIANS thinking about taking advantage of the NT Government’s Home Improvement stimulus scheme have been urged to not delay in submitting their funding applications.

Attorney-General Natasha Fyles said the scheme, which was believed to have pushed towards the 5000 mark, had been “incredibly popular”.

“So if you are sitting at home this long weekend thinking that you will apply for the scheme, you will need to work out quickly what you need done to your home and get that application in,” she said.

The government has allocated $30 million for the scheme.
