WITH financial woes, demanding guests and a blackmailing local fascist to contend with, Bella (Natascha McElhone, pictured) certainly has her hands full running her seaside Italian hotel. Making matters worse is Bella’s drunken scoundrel of a husband Cecil (Mark Umbers), who is trying to marry their son Lucian (Oliver Dench) off to an old flame’s daughter to get his hands on her estate at long last. Cecil may have a challenge on his hands getting the artistic Lucian up the aisle, though, as there’s at least two other ladies in the household who have taken his fancy.
