IF you find a beautiful but abandoned house in a sleepy town on the market for a price that seems too good to be true, chances are it is. It’s Horror Movie 101. You can almost guarantee that dusty new home of yours will soon be crawling with vengeful ghosts and disgruntled ghouls. This is pretty much the scenario in which Patricia (Courteney Cox, pictured) and Terry (Greg Kinnear) find themselves when they relocate to Shining Vale with their stereotypically obnoxious teenage kids (Gus Birney and Dylan Gage).
