IT’S a tightly kept secret that chief health officer Dr Hugh Heggie tried and failed to become an astronaut (we believe). Bushie now knows why. It turns out Dr Heggie has a poor grasp on the fact the moon is not on Earth.

Reporters were stifling laughter on Wednesday after Dr Heggie proclaimed: “The Territory is the safest place in the world, except the Moon” at a press conference.
