Time to reflect

Sunshine Coast Daily - Caloundra Weekly - - LIFE - MICHAEL SHADFORTH

WHETHER you are preparing to shut up shop over the Christmas period or are ramping up for your busiest season, it is important at this time of the year to take a moment to reflect on the year that has been in order to fully prepare for 2019.

We at the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce feel so overwhelmingly positive about the year’s developments and are swept up with the building momentum on the Sunshine Coast.

Outlined clearly in Mayor Mark Jamieson’s State of Our Region 2018, the Sunshine Coast has had a terrific year of major achievements and developments.

These include the International Submarine Cable project and being recognised as a global leader in smart technology and innovation for the second year as listed on the Smart21 Community list.

For those of you that either staying on the Coast or going away, I hope that you take the time to reflect on the year that has been, be grateful for where you live and come back refreshed and positive about what’s possible for next year.
