+ Cook noo­dles un­til ten­der. Stir-fry sliced onion, car­rot, cap­sicum and green beans un­til ten­der. Add sliced left­over sausages, hoisin sauce, shao hs­ing (Chi­nese rice wine) and noo­dles. Toss un­til heated through. + Fry sliced car­rot, cel­ery and onion in a large saucepan. Pre­pare chicken noo­dles in the same pan, fol­low­ing packet direc­tions. Add shred­ded cooked chicken to the soup and cook un­til warmed through.
