Use your noodles:
+ Cook noodles until tender. Stir-fry sliced onion, carrot, capsicum and green beans until tender. Add sliced leftover sausages, hoisin sauce, shao hsing (Chinese rice wine) and noodles. Toss until heated through. + Fry sliced carrot, celery and onion in a large saucepan. Prepare chicken noodles in the same pan, following packet directions. Add shredded cooked chicken to the soup and cook until warmed through.
