+ Turn left­over roast veg­eta­bles into a meal by plac­ing them on a bak­ing tray with chopped broc­coli and cau­li­flower. Bake un­til ten­der and heated through. Crack eggs onto veg­eta­bles on tray. Bake un­til eggs are set. Serve with crusty bread. + Top pizza bases with a mix­ture of halved cherry toma­toes, ba­con, red onion, dried oregano and gar­lic. Make in­dents and crack eggs into them. Bake in a hot oven un­til eggs are cooked and piz­zas are crisp. Serve topped with fresh basil leaves.
