+ Cook pasta, adding broc­coli and peas in the last 2 min­utes. Drain and toss with tuna, lemon juice and zest, ex­tra vir­gin olive oil and crum­bled fetta or grated parme­san. + Cook sliced red onion in a fry­ing pan with a lit­tle oil. Add gar­lic, sliced red chilli, can of diced toma­toes and pit­ted kala­mata olives. Sim­mer un­til sightly thick­ened. Toss through cooked pasta and chopped basil leaves.
