+ Cook pasta, adding broccoli and peas in the last 2 minutes. Drain and toss with tuna, lemon juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil and crumbled fetta or grated parmesan. + Cook sliced red onion in a frying pan with a little oil. Add garlic, sliced red chilli, can of diced tomatoes and pitted kalamata olives. Simmer until sightly thickened. Toss through cooked pasta and chopped basil leaves.
