CREAMY BAILEYS AND MASCARPONE DIP

250g cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ¹⁄³ cup Baileys Irish Cream 250g mascarpone Grated dark chocolate, to decorate Mixed berries, apple wedges and almond bread, to serve
1 Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add Baileys. Beat until just combined. Fold in mascarpone. 2 Spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and grated chocolate. Serve with fruit and bread for dipping.
