Nothing goes better with turkey, chook or pork than a delicious homemade stuffing. Here are four new ways to boost your favourite Christmas main
+ All these stuffings, except for the French onion balls, make enough to stuff a 4kg whole turkey. + To stuff a 4kg turkey with the French onion ball mixture, omit 1 egg and all the proscuitto. + To stuff a 2kg whole chicken or 2kg pork loin, you will only need to make ¼ the amount of each of the stuffings (replacing whole eggs where specified with 1 egg white).
