All steady for lambs
NUMBERS were steady at Roberts’ Quoiba sale on Monday this week with prices holding or just stronger due to the long weekend.
One pen of heavy new season’s lambs made $200 per head. Most were in the $170 to $190 range and sold from $156.
Old season’s lambs maintained last week’s stronger quotes and were making from $120 to $168 per head.
Mutton was once again stronger with heavy making above $100.
