RUTHER­GLEN and Vine­grove form an ir­ri­gated crop­ping and graz­ing prop­erty in the state’s North-East.

The prop­erty fea­tures fer­tile red soils, av­er­age an­nual rain­fall of 972mm and am­ple wa­ter.

The prop­erty fea­tures an ex­cel­lent laneway sys­tem, qual­ity fenc­ing and retic­u­lated stock wa­ter to each pad­dock.

The land is suited to graz­ing or fat­ten­ing and crop­ping. It has pre­vi­ously grown pota­toes, onions, car­rots, pop­pies and pyrethrum.

Im­prove­ments in­clude a cot­tage, a two-stand shear­ing shed with ad­join­ing yards, work­shop, of­fice, three ma­chin­ery sheds, hay shed, si­los and three sets of cat­tle yards.
