For those of us who have never run and don’t plan on doing so until the zombie apocalypse comes (just you wait), then working your way to a full 5kms is a great way to challenge yourself. Designed speci cally for beginners, Couch to 5K Runner is an 8-week program (the free version includes the rst 4 workouts to help get you started) consisting of 30 minute workouts, three times a week.
