RESOLVE ANY HOMEGROUP ISSUES

A number of people have struggled to connect to their existing HomeGroup after upgrading to Windows 10. Start by running the HomeGroup troublesho­oter, which you can access via the HomeGroup Control Panel (type ‘homegroup’ into the Search box to locate it). If this doesn’t yield a solution, Google ‘homegroup problems’ and click the rst result in the list (‘HomeGroup problems in Windows – Windows Help’). Work your way through the suggestion­s underneath ‘I can’t create, join or use a HomeGroup’ – don’t worry that it’s written for Windows 8; the solutions apply equally to Windows 10 too.
