HOW MANY HOURS IT TAKES FOR AN IMAGE TO BURN INTO AN IPHONE X SCREEN

-

Tests conducted by Korean tech site Cetizen compared the burn-in potential of the OLED displays on the Apple iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S7 Edge, all of which were developed by Samsung. It found that the iPhone X was the quickest to show signs of burn-in, with the first traces appearing after 17 hours of displaying a static image at full brightness (well outside of a typical use scenario), while the other two exhibited a more pronounced burn-in after the full 510-hour test.
