ING customers can now ask Siri to tell them how much money they have “HEY, SIRI, WHAT’S MY BANK BALANCE?”

If you’re an ING customer and use an Apple device, you won’t need to log into your account to find out how much money you’ve got. ING is the first Australian bank to offer Siri voice control — customers using the ING banking app on the latest version of iOS now need only say, “Siri, what’s my balance?” If you have multiple accounts, you could ask, “Siri, how much do I have in my savings account?” or change the name of the account depending on how you bank. ING says that voice-controlled bank transactions will also be added to Siri’s repertoire in the near future, so help customers set up fund transfers between accounts or pay their bills.
