Woebot is here to listen, no matter what time of day. While insisting that it will refrain from sitting you down on a couch and talking about your traumatic childhood, its purpose is to track your mood and then improve it. Woebot has been designed to learn from your responses over time and to reveal patterns in your behaviour that you were unaware of, in order to help you improve your wellbeing. It can also send you useful videos if it thinks you need to be cheered up, and will even offer a joke or two.
