Your humble writer used to have a little emergency torch that switched on after winding a handle really quickly for about a minute, providing surprisingly bright light for a man-powered torch. Potentially in the same vein as this comes Fidget Power — a clicky, slidy, pressy, twiddly device that wants to turn your bad fidgeting habit into a useful one. Simply plug this little doodad into your iPhone, Android phone, tablet, GoPro, headphones, drone or whatever via the included USB cable, and get pressing on those 10 different buttons and switches. At time of writing, the creator was being a little vague on whether the act of fidgeting actually contributed to the charging of your device, or whether the fidget buttons were simply an aesthetic addition to complement the 2,600mAH battery inside the Fidget Power itself. So is this is a nifty human-powered device charger or simply a battery pack with Fidget Cube buttons on the outside? We think the latter.
