SHARE ICLOUD FILES WITH OTHER PEOPLE

[ STEP BY STEP ]

01 SELECT YOUR FILE

In iOS, open the Files app, tap iCloud Drive, then Select. Choose the file you want to share. Open the Share sheet and tap Add People (bottom row). Pick how to share, then type the recipient’s email address or phone number.

02 ADD PEOPLE

In macOS’s Finder, browse to the file in iCloud Drive, Ctrl-click on it and choose ‘Share > Add People’ from the menu. Choose a method to share the file, and type the email address or phone number of the person you want to share with.

03 ADD PEOPLE USING ICLOUD

Sign in at iCloud.com and open iCloud Drive. Find and click on the file to share, then click the toolbar’s Add People button. Choose ‘Email’ or ‘Copy Link’ and click Share. Type in an email address for the recipient if you’re sharing by email.
