SET ACCESS PERMISSIONS FOR FILES IN ICLOUD DRIVE

In iOS, after choosing a file to share and tapping Add People, click Share Options at the bottom of the panel. Here, set access rights (anyone or just explicit invitees) and whether they have permission to edit or only view the file.

In macOS, follow the process for sharing and, after choosing Add People, click on the arrow to the left of Share Options. Use the pop-up menus to set access rights and view/edit permissions for the specified file and people.

02 ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS

At iCloud.com, follow the steps for sharing and, after clicking Add People, click Share Options, pick the access and editing rights you want from the pop‑up menus, then click Share to close the sheet and return to iCloud Drive.
