COLLABORATING IN REAL TIME

iWork apps allow multiple people to work at once.

Pages, Numbers and Keynote allow several people to work on a document at one time. When you open one of these apps, its document manager displays recently edited documents, including those edited by people you’re sharing with. In the document, click on the head and shoulders icon to see who is working on it. When multiple people are working on a document simultaneously, each is represented by a different coloured pointer. Edits are shown in real time. To see changes made by a specific person, click on the coloured dot next to their name.
