30 million DUCKDUCKGO’S DAILY SEARCH VOLUME HAS INCREASED BY 50% SINCE LAST YEAR

Although it took privacy-centric search engine DuckDuckGo seven years before it was hitting 10 million daily searches, its next two milestones didn’t take quite as long. In the next year’s traffic doubled to 20 million daily searches and, the year after that, it hit 30 million, marking a 50% increase over the previous year. The intention of DDG is to offer a search engine that doesn’t track user activity for the purpose of targeting ads.
