If you reopen the ‘Insert’ Ribbon, you’ll also see options for adding other media. Clicking ‘Online Pictures’ lets you add images from the web, while Shapes and 3D Models let you draw your pre-made shapes directly into your document. SmartArt and Chart lets Word create graphs and diagrams using the text you have written; Online Video lets you embed videos.
