TAG A FILE IN IOS
In iOS, select a file in Files > iCloud Drive, then open its Share sheet. At the top of the sheet, tap +Tag. Tap an existing tag to add it, or tap Add New Tag, type a label for it, tap a color swatch, then tap Add Tag. Tap Done.
