WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The Expert mode might seem daunting, but it’s misleadingly named: you don’t have be an expert to use it, it simply gives more control than the Quick or Guided sections of the program can offer. You can fix your Quick mode edits a little more in the Layers palette, for example.
