THE TASKBAR – that long menu that runs along the bottom of your screen and holds various icons, the search bar and Start menu – as been an important part of Windows since all the way back to Windows 95. There was even a very early version of it included in Windows 1.0 in 1985! But, did you know that there’s a lot more you can do with it? If you just use it for quickly jumping between apps or launching the Start menu, then you’re not using it to its full potential. In this Taskbar masterclass, we’ll show you some of the brilliant hidden things the Taskbar can do. You’ll learn how to customise the Taskbar to suit your specific needs, and highlight handy shortcuts that will make using Windows 10 easier than ever.
