THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE AGENCY FINDS A HOME IN ADELAIDE

WILL LAUNCH FROM A FORMER HOSPITAL.

After being courted by various state government­s for months, Australia’s nascent space agency has found a home in Adelaide. The South Australian government as set aside $1 million for the establishm­ent of a dedicated Space Innovation Precinct, which is part of a bigger $400 million redevelopm­ent of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital into an industrial estate called Lot Fourteen. The Agency is expected to up and running by mid-2019.
