PORT NUMBERS

If your router lets you prioritise port numbers, you’ll probably have to do a little bit of searching to find what ports your favourite game actually uses so you can prioritise them. One really good place to start is portforward.com, which details the TCP and UDP ports used by a number of popular games. For example, if you want to prioritise Fortnite, head to portforward.com/fortnite/ which reveals that Fortnite on PC uses UDP and TCP ports 5222 and 5795-5847. Prioritise those ports on your router, and Fortnite will be boosted.
