This app is designed specifically to help with anxiety which many of us could use in the times we’re currently seeing. It has a lot of information on anxiety and how to combat it as well as things like breathing exercises that can help. Clear Fear also has a section on immediate help. It’s designed for dealing with things like panic attacks and will take you through an audio recording to help you get past that horrible moment. For more long term solutions, there’s a bunch of small activities to help deal with emotions and manage and react to worries. These can help teach people to look at their anxieties from an outside perspective, giving them control over what may feel insurmountable at the time. It works really well for smaller, everyday anxieties such as running late, as it has you actually look at all the ways it’s not such a big deal, but can be insufficient for larger, more worldly internal battles.
