This is one for the Apple enthusiasts, or really anyone who likes to play games and happens to own an Apple product. It’s a refreshing take, especially in the mobile gaming scene, and gets rid of issues like ads and in-game purchases for a cleaner gaming experience. This is great for anyone who’s fed up with pay-to-win gaming or just wants to keep their kids from running up their credit card bills. If you’re not that big on mobile gaming, a lot of these titles are actually played better with a controller (you can use most bluetooth and MFi ones) so think less along the lines of Candy Crush. It’s also a cool initiative as Apple has worked directly with developers to fund some of the games available on the platform, and a lot of them are really high quality titles.

Some of the more notable ones in the 100+ available include three out of the five nominees for last year’s Game Awards’ best mobile game of the year: Sayonara Wild Hearts, Grindstone, and What the Golf. It also has the excellent puzzle game

Manifold Garden, as well as more mainstream titles like Sonic Racing. There’s a lot on offer that will suit gamers of all varieties, whether you want something simple and sweet to play on mobile or something a little meatier.
