SORT THE FOCUS When using tripods, it’s best practice to turn off any image stabilisation on your lens, as sometimes it can actually introduce blur when used with a tripod. What’s more, fast-moving water can often confuse a camera’s autofocus system, so the safest bet is to switch to Manual Focus (MF) and then use Live View to zoom in and establish that your focus point is 100% sharp.
