Why use a password manager?

-

If you have been relying on the same passwords to protect all your accounts, you need a password manager like Bitwarden ( bitwarden.com). This allows you to create a secure vault inside which all your sensitive data – passwords, credit card details, and so on – can be stored safely. The vault is encrypted using a master password, the only one you need to remember going forward. (Make sure it’s a long one, with numbers, such as “WelcomeToTheJungle1987” – so long as it’s not easily guessable.)

Bitwarden also comes with a password–generator tool to create the strong, random, and unique passwords you need. Plus, as with all good password managers, it offers extensions for all major browsers as well as mobile apps to make entering those passwords into websites easy.

?? ?? Bitwarden’s generator tool ensures all your passwords are long, strong, and hack–proof.
