Locating your cell tower
As noted under ‘5G in the home’, knowing where your local cell tower is can be very useful for deciding where in the house to place your modem (ie. the point in your house that’s closest to the cell tower). One of the best ways to find out the location of cell towers is the app Aus Phone Towers, available on Android and iOS. The app will show a map of cell towers near you, allowing you to decide how best to position your 5G modem.
