> USE CONTINUITY

-

Apple’s thinking regarding its devices isn’t that they’re in competition, where one will eventually emerge victorious. Instead, they’re designed to work in concert, with Continuity acting as a bridge between them. Your Mac can remain a central hub for productivity, but you can streamline processes by offloading tasks to devices better suited to them. For example, you might speed through email on an iPhone, but then use Continuity’s Handoff feature to send an in-progress reply to your Mac. Similarly, you can use an iPhone or iPad to “scan” a document into a Mac app, copy and paste between devices signed into the same iCloud account, or use your cellular device as a hotspot for a Mac when you’re away from Wi-Fi.
