Apple has rebranded the Breathe app to make it more descriptiv­e, and some extra tweaks have enhanced the way it works. Mindfulnes­s is about so much more than simply breathing, and now the app goes some way to genuinely helping you to take some time out during stressful days. The experience is much more impressive in this release.

It’s new and familiar

The new name for the Breathe app makes a lot of sense, because it offers much more focus to what the app actually aims to do. The more you use it the more benefits you will find that come with it.

Time to reflect

The reflection feature prompts you to consider the positive aspects of your life, and the simplicity of the way it works will grab you instantly. In our tests, we found genuine benefits in taking time out to reflect.

Still breathing

The original Breathe feature is still present and this is welcome, especially if you have trained yourself to use it for a long period of time. Think of this as a new and improved Breathe experience with some visual tweaks.
