Apple continues to add more workout types to the point that there is literally every possible combinatio­n available, and Pilates is the new kid on the block this time. Visually it does not look much different to many other workout screens, but Apple will no doubt have put a lot of research into ensuring it works as it should do.

1It’s in there

You may want to do some tweaking to your workout list because there are so many options now. Pilates will be quite far down the list on first use.

2It hides well

Pilates is an exercise that does not lend itself to checking progress constantly. You need to simply let the Apple Watch track for you in the background.

3 Check your results

A rounded set of workouts will bring many more health benefits, and your Pilates exertions will be noted in Apple Health and Workouts just like any other exercise.
