Apple, passionfruit slice
Combine 340g sultana cake mix with 120g melted butter and ⅓ cup each almond meal and desiccated coconut. Press into a greased and lined 16cm x 26cm pan. Bake 160°C for 15 minutes. Combine a 400g can apple pie fruit with 250g sour cream. Spread over base and top with ¼ cup passionfruit in syrup. Bake a further 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into squares and serve with extra passionfruit. Serves 8.
