This oil is known as a memory enhancer and appetite stimulant. Use it in a diffuser when studying to help with recall. Inhale the vapours to relieve headache – either diluted in hot water (as for eucalyptus oil) or in an oil burner. Rosemary’s analgesic and antiinflammatory properties are also good for arthritis. Dilute some in a carrier oil and rub into the area.
