MICROWAVE AN EGG
Break an egg into a well-greased microwavesafe cup. Pierce the yolk a couple of times with a toothpick or skewer. Cover with damp kitchen paper. Microwave on low power (30%) for about 1½ to 2 minutes (we used a
1200 watt microwave), or until cooked to your liking. Remove. Stand in cup for 1 minute before serving, as egg will continue to cook.
