CHERRY RIPE

With their dark red skins and sweet, juicy flesh, no Christ­mas ta­ble is com­plete with­out a bowl of cher­ries. Re­move the stems and stones with a cherry pit­ter and add to fruit salad, pan­cakes or pavlova. En­joy them chilled as a healthy snack or dunk in melted dark, milk or white choco­late.
