• For ir­re­sistible ice blocks, freeze pas­sion­fruit pulp in ice trays or pop­si­cle moulds with juice.

• Mix pas­sion­fruit with soda wa­ter and lime juice or lime juice cor­dial for a re­fresh­ing drink. Add vodka or white rum for a cock­tail!

• Add pas­sion­fruit to a bal­samic and olive oil dress­ing for a trop­i­cal, tangy change. Halve pas­sion­fruit and serve on a cheese plat­ter in­stead of quince paste.
